【作り方】
1.溶かしバター40gグラニュー糖40gを良く混ぜ卵黄1個を入れ混ぜたら薄力粉100gを篩いにかけながら入れ混ぜ一塊にします
2.ケーキ容器12㎝型にクッキングシートを敷きタルト生地を貼り付け更にクッキングシートを被せタルトストーンを入れる。米で代用
3.余熱したオーブン180度15分焼き1度出しタルトストーン、クッキングシートを剥がし更に180度15分焼き冷蔵庫にいれる
4.容器に室温クリームチーズ200gヌテラ80g牛乳50gをレンジ600w40秒加熱し混ぜ卵白Mサイズ1つ入れ良く混ぜます
5.冷やして置いたタルトを容器から外しヌテラクリームチーズ類を流し込み余熱したオーブン160度25分焼き4時間冷やして完成
